Position: Full time

Location: Quincy, MA

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Representative to build strategic relationships with trucking companies to move freight for our customers. The Strategic Sourcing Representative will source, onboard, and manage carrier relationships. The Strategic Sourcing Representative will work closely with our carrier operations team and client service team to understand the needs of each customer to find strategic carrier partners that fit into our customer strategy.

Strategic Carrier Sourcing Representative Responsibilities:

• Source carriers to contract consistent business runs
• Develop lanes where there are high volume shipments
• Onboard strategic carriers who have network needs which align to core lanes
• Handoff carrier accounts to the lead time booking team to start developing

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• 1-3 years with strategic carrier procurement experience
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Excellent client service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
